Poor Customer Service

We ordered and received the hoodie but it was the wrong size. As soon as we received it we reordered the correct size and I tried to call, email and reach out to customer service several times to find out how to return the original hoodie. I cannot get anyone to answer the call or return my messages. I’m hoping this will trigger someone to reach out to us. We are excited to support our new soldier, but I wish this company was easier to work with.
